TERMS OF SALE
These Terms of Sale apply to all AiNO sales, whether purchased online or through a representative.

SAMPLES
Samples are a representation of the print intended to aid in informing a purchasing decision. Not all aspects of a design may be represented in an individual sample and some may contain text or scaled images.

LEAD TIMES
Current lead times can be found on individual item detail pages and will also be reflected on your order summary and confirmation. HiiVE Creative makes all of its products to order, resulting in varying lead times. All lead times are quoted from the date we receive your payment to the date it arrives to the requested address.

Rush fees may be available upon review with our production team and are subject to an additional fee. For lead time concerns, contact us before placing your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
As each item is made to order and unique, we do not accept returns or allow for exchanges or refunds. Please take extra care in confirming the ink color, ground choice, and quantity of your print prior to placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns in determining this, please contact us; we are happy to help you. If you realize you have made a mistake after ordering, please contact us directly within 2 days at 702-493-4554. If your order has not been printed, we can correct the mistake and make sure you get the corrected order processed.

For issues related to quality or if you believe you were not sent your full order, please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to remedy the issue as quickly as possible.

CARE OF GOODS
Care should be taken when opening the packaging so as to not cut the wallcovering inside of the box. No sharp tools should be used to remove the protective wrapping, as you risk damaging or cutting the material.

Care should be exercised when moving and laying out materials. All surfaces should be flat and clean. Materials should not be allowed to be folded, wrinkled, etc., as that can result in unwanted creasing or permanent markings.

All materials must be thoroughly examined BEFORE installation for any imperfections. HiiVE Creative is not financially obligated to replace flawed material after it is installed, either partially or completely. If imperfections are found prior to installation, please contact us immediately so we can remedy them.

INSTALLATION
HiiVE Creative strongly recommends the use of professional wallcovering installers. Our material is commercial width and may be difficult to use, especially if you are not experienced with it. We are not responsible for incorrectly installed wallcovering, even if done so by professionals.

SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise agreed. Because our product is made to order, HiiVE Creative insures all packages for the invoiced value of the product, which does add cost to shipping. While HiiVE Creative guarantees the quality of our wallpaper and conducts a rigorous quality review before every package leaves our studio, occasionally, packages are damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at 702-493-4554 with any concerns or if you see physical damage to the package. We will ask for photos and will follow up with the shipper. 

HiiVE Creative does ship internationally, however, it is unable to quote specific duties and taxes at the time of purchase. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are billed separately and directly by the shipper. Please contact us directly if you require our product to be shipped outside of the United States.
